Shadine joined CircularChem in 2021 as the centre administrator and managed the centre through its final year. She has worked within higher education since 2017 having previously worked as a student support administrator at Loughborough University. Shadine manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the centre including the finances, marketing and outreach events.
